Your doing great Deb !!!! I lost 4 lbs this last week. Believe me it was really a struggle. I didnt do much exercise. Did the 10lb hand weights for my arms for 5 minutes twice a day. Hoping my arms dont turn into flab. I think just one day I went a little over my range of food for the day. So far Woo Hoo were both hanging in there. Were doing a GREAT JOB !!!!
