Day 18

So today is/was Day 7 of the 28 Day Bootcamp. It's been interesting. I've lost a pound in that time frame. But I have also been snacking and stressed out like there's no tomorrow. But hey, at least I have LOST weight and not gained it back! I am back down to 172. I was down to 165 in August and then life/school happened. This semester is going to be different because I am in school from 1010-1525 and won't have time to stop and get something to eat. I also have power bars and everything else to munch on during school. So yes, I have a plan and will be making sure to have lots of water and everything else that I will need.
