Wednesday Weigh-In #2

I lost 3 pounds this past week - woohoo! I'm down to 184; 33 lost since my high of 217 two years ago.

I've had a cold, so I didn't do much exercise this week. I am getting lots of movement in my new library job, so that's a good thing. I wish I could sleep better; I think I'd feel better and more like exercising. I just have so much anxiety. I have trouble falling asleep, don't sleep well, and wake up early full of anxiety emoticon

Glad I weighed this morning; I blew it eating out with my daughter tonight! Oh well; I've had several days where I was below my calorie range, so I think it all evens out.

    emoticon Hopefully you will feel better soon. Try to deal with is causing you anxiety so you can sleep better, even if you need to seek help for it.
