Spark Coach reflections

Today, SC suggests visualizing myself in teen years calling myself today. I thought I might spin that around and call myself ten years ago. Ten years ago I was in my second year of college. Some advice I would give to myself:
Stop worrying that you're not attractive. {Ex} is not that only person who will ever find you attractive. You will find someone that loves you and is not afraid to show it. You deserve happiness in love. Do not confuse sexual interest with romantic attraction.
Stop eating mozzarella sticks and ice cream every night. You do not need snack cakes during every study session. Try new foods. It will take a long time until you can tolerate them, and even longer until you like them, but it's worth it.
Go to the gym. Yes, some people will laugh at you in their heads, and maybe even to your face. But that don't matter. You do. Take advantage of the resources while you have them. You will never have access to such a nice gym again.
Keep in touch with your friends. It's too easy to grow apart when you don't talk. Instant messaging doesn't count.
Respect yourself. Don't just fake confidence. Go out there and do something that gives you real confidence. And never settle for good enough.
