I just want to thank all of my awesome Sparkfriends for their supportive comments on yesterday's blog. You guys rock!!
Things are going pretty well. When I got home last night, my boyfriend had started dinner and was eager to talk about his flight and the courses he's registered for. We had a long talk -- too long -- I think went to bed at 4am and I'm super tired -- but it was necessary and good. It looks like he might be starting dinner tonight too, because he texted me to ask what we needed at the store. I'd already walked to the store at lunch and bought stuff though.
Speaking of walking, my steps are low this week. Yesterday is the only day I got over 10000 so far this week, and even then, it wasn't far over 10000. It's kind of disappointing how even with a 5K walk I barely get over 10000 steps. I'm only at 5000 today, with the walk to the store, and given how tired I am, I don't think I'll make it to 10000 today. Oh well, maybe tomorrow will be better. I'm planning to walk to work again, even though it's supposed to be very cold.
Some good news -- I'm cautiously optimistic that I may have permanently broken out of the 240s and into the 230s permanently. I've had 3 weigh-ins in the 230s this week, so maybe they're finally here to stay! I am down 7.8 pounds since January 7th. My next little reward was set for when I reach 235, and I haven't seen the 230s permanently in months. Today I was at 238.4, so maybe I'll be getting that nice bottle of wine pretty soon.
Heading out now -- have to go pick up my kids at karate and get my son to the dentist.
