All that worry and for nothing! Lost a whopping (wait for it)... 1lb this week! Its might not be much but its a step in the right direction and thats what counts! Slow and steady wins the race - or in this case keeps the weight off long time!
Been beyond good today food wise... even avoided the biscuits at Grans house! A mammoth task on its own :) Had no time for exercise today as Little Man has been a monster and not been for his nap. Hes in bed now so will get some crunches in if nothing else. Hubbys gone to the gym so left me with not much scope to get out for any great amount of exercise but I can get some in at least!
All tablets taken today which is a first, I usually froget my C.L.O tablets (sometimes on purpose coz they taste NASTY) but this also has to stop.
