tracking everything I do!

I use to think it was ridiculous and a total waste of time to track my food and definitely unnecessary to track my activity but with the new year comes new changes(change is usually good) so I now track my food and workouts. In the beginning I was annoyed but as I am learning the accountability is actually working! Seeing it on paper that I just enjoyed a double cheese buger with extra mayo, honey mustard and a large frie just doesn't look good not to mention what it looks like on my body. This is my second time on SP the first time it lasted 3days and I told myself I didn't need this. This time I amactually getting involved participating in a challenge, tracking my food and exercise earning sparkpoints, writing a blog(OMG!) and feeling really good excited about a new day and what other members are talking about......THANK YOU SPARKPEOPLE
. I have learned things I never knew and I have found people who share some of the exact same problems........I know now I am not alone nor am I ashamed of who I am today!
