was so tired last night, watched a movie in bed and forgot to list foods

-oatmeal w/apple & flax
(pre - bodypump)

-veggie egg beater omlette w/reduced fat feta & bowl of fiber one w/black berries & almond milk (post workout)

- big yummy lunch- quinoa w/sauteed kale, roasted veggies (red peppers, garlic & shrooms), & a baked sweet potato

(cardio for hour & a half at gym)

-green monster smoothie w/added greek yogurt (post workout) + serving of unsalted pistachios

-2 servings light progresso soup

-diet hot choc w/a side of movie watching :)

overall a good day, super tired tho
