Tuesday - Jillian Michaels Circuit Training

I did this after work and then an extra circuit for a challenge I am doing. It was a 79 minute workout. I can definitely feel it today. I have changed from 3 lb weights to 5 lb weights and I can feel a difference. I have that good hurt you are supposed to have after a good workout.
I haven't tracked my dinner last night, so I'm not sure how I did. I may be a bit over.
I got all my water in for the day.
Day 2 of 2 for workouts for the week!
