Super sore!

I'm very proud of myself. My workout yesterday left me shaky and worn out. And today... wooo, I'm feeling it. My arms hurt, my butt hurts, my hamstrings and quads hurt... even my abs hurt a little.

I did a full body strength workout for sure. ;)

The best part was this afternoon, I had a two big meetings. One of them ended 20 minutes early, leaving me a brief window before the next one. So I went outside, enjoyed the 73 degree weather, and got a 15 minute walk in with my husband!

It's been a stressful day for other reasons, but I'll talk about those later. :)
