I remember writing a blog with this same title last year. I was trying so hard to remain consistent. I just wanted to be able to do the same thing 3 days in a row, whether it was exercise, drinking water, getting enough sleep, eating my fruits and veggies or even logging into the Sparkpeople site.
It was so hard when we weren't sure about anything that was going on, even where we might be sleeping from night to night. (We had plenty of places but everything was in flux.) Even with all of that going on, I continued to think about Sparkpeople and always tried to work on at least one area that I know needed improvement.
Now, we have a new house and while we're still very busy, we know exactly where our 'home' is and where we will be coming back to almost every night. I noticed consistency building through December (which is a hard month anyways). I continued to log into SP and did very well at reaching 10,000 steps per day. In January, I am on day 15 of logging in, tracking, exercise and 15,000 steps/day!
