So far so good! I've been pushing myself to exercise at least 5 days a week, which I accomplished this last week! I almost didn't exercise today because I wasn't feeling like doing it... but I pushed through and made myself go! My rest days are coming up, so I figured I have to do it today!
Juicing is going well so far. Each juice I've made has been pretty tasty so I'm really enjoying it.
