This morning I had high-protein pancakes (cottage cheese, eggs, weight control oatmeal) & blackberries. It filled me up and I wasn't hungry all morning. At lunch I had veggies, greek yogurt & 1/2 whole wheat bagel. Supper was homemade turkey & wild rice soup. I didn't get as many freggies today - only 4 servings, but I wasn't snacky/hungry like I have been.
I have decided to try to do SP videos before I do my sparking. I am doing the January Jumpstart Fitness Challenge. This afternoon I walked on the treadmill. I was almost done with the book, so tonight I went to the gym and rode the stationary bike and finished the book. It was the first time in awhile that I actually broke out in a sweat while exercising. It felt good.
