"MY CHALLENGE" Day 2

MY CHALLENGE:
Did 50 BURPEES in 6:56.9
Ran 1 mile in 9:32
Did P90X (Day 58)-- Plyometrics

I also prepared Spaghetti Squash and chicken with tomatos for dinners this week!!! I will write a longer blog tomorrow!
