The Biggest Loser

Over the weekend, my husband was flipping through the channels and stopped at the weigh in portion of the Biggest Loser. Everyone was losing 10-15 pounds for that week. Sometimes I wish I could lose weight like that, but I know that is not exactly the healthiest way to go about it. Also, in real life, no one can work and exercise as much as they do on the show. Sometimes I wish I could just excerise and not work any. I wonder how much weight I would lose going about it that way. I think they should do a reunion show from their first few eposides so see what they are up to now and if the weight stayed off. They usually do the before and after pictures, but what about 2-3 years from then.
