Well, I've missed a few days, back now though. Managed to lose 2.5lbs last week, which is very pleasing. I've been aiming to do some exercise most days, trying to do 5 lots per week. I was expecting to do it on the wii, but with needing to travel to my daughter having a baby, taking her to and from hospital etc that I've counted exercise walking to and from the hospital and getting her home clean and tidy to bring the baby back to.
