10 days of just pushing myself to exercise. Of just eating healthier and I can honestly say I'm already seeing a difference in my attitude. My nails are growing faster then ever and I have had acne since I was 12 and even that's clearing up. I am fighting to keep making this a habit. I love the way I feel and I don't want to lose it. I have been to fitness boot camp 7 of the last 10 days and I can finally sit down on the toilet from the first day of legs workout.It might not be Much but any progress is still progress. Good luck to you guys as today I'm feeling motivated confident happy and healthier,then 10 days ago. I'm off to a great start and I've lost 5 lbs already.
