Moving Forward...finally

So today is the day that I woke up and thought to myself...SUCK IT UP!! I was really sick a while back and seem to just be babying myself with my workouts and allowing pathetic excuses for my food choices. Enough is ENOUGH!!

Today I got in an AWESOME workout. I did CLE Push 1, TF HIITS 20, and 2 miles on the treadmill. I have already gotten in a lot of water and my food has been SPOT ON. Today is a new day and I m completely taking advantage of it! What better day to start than on a Tuesday? I don't need to wait until Monday to start, I start TODAY!! I've decided that my goal for the next 6 weeks is to lose 5 pounds. That would put me at 148 for Valentine's Day. I haven't been under 150 for a very long time. Wish me luck!!

I am rocking through my To Do list today. Have been able to cross off everything but two things already and it isn't even noon!! I am off to work on another item that I can hopefully have crossed off before I pick my daughter up from school. Then off to church meetings tonight.
