A sigh of relief!

So yesterday I was very down over my scale. Though yesterday was not my official weigh in day I snuck onto the scale and it said I had gained a pound. I was devastated. I have been working out like crazy. Since Sunday I have burned over 2000 calories in exercise alone. This morning it finally read that I lost one pound. Not much but I will take it. Yesterday alone I did 40 minutes on the eliptical and two toning videos. This morning I did zumba and two toning videos. So I am much happier today. Hopefully next Tuesday I will have a huge smile on my face as I will have a much larger loss. My goal was to lose 10 pounds by valentines day however I have only lost 1.5. Not sure if I can pull 8.5 pounds in the next 30 days.

I am happy to say my daughter is exercising more with me. Last night I was doing a pilates toning video and she tried to do it with me. It was cute. She did not hold the form right but I am not going to say anything as I do not want to discourage her from working out with me. It was cute.

I did the dreaded planks this morning. They are getting a little easier but I still feel they where created by the devil. ha ha Right up there with lunges.

    So glad the scale is moving in the right direction for you! Sometimes our bodies need a reset button try doing a detox for a week or a weekend to reset your body. one arm side planks are evil emoticon
