My plan of attack today is to make up for the calories I overate yesterday. I gave in to temptation and ate almost anything I wanted. Today, to get back on track, I am nixing all junk. I will be eating fruits and veggies. I started out my day with a smoothie consisting of fresh blackberries, frozen blueberries, half a banana and half cup skim milk. I plan on sipping on it until it is gone. I had a cup of coffee without creamer and I will be drinking plenty of water. I will post more later.
