Why do I want to lose weight?

I would like to lose weight in order to be healthier, to be able to reduce or eliminate some of my medication, to have less strain on my knees and to be able to be more active. How will I reach this goal? By making healthier food choices, by working some exercise into my daily schedule through prayer and following God's guidelines.
