So yesterday I went to bootcamp (3rd class), I can really see my fitness level is improving and so canthe trainers. From going there yesterday I can understand why I was advised by other spark members to have rest days inbetween, because I was still feeling the previous booycamp 2 days prior loool.
So I am implementing the rest days but what I will do is use my crosstrainer on the rest days if I feel like I have the energy or urge to do so for about 15 mins or so.

I have to invest in some weights so I can incorporate that, but so far so good on the execrsise front.

In terms of food I'm not overindulging but I am not always choosing the right food.
There is progress to be made but its happening in baby steps.
