Week 2 - Monday

I didn't get to the gym til after dinner. I prefer to go during the day, but I wanted to go with the Hubby. He won't go unless I go. Perhaps I will go during the day and then again if he wants to go. That would only benefit me even more.... okay.. that's what I'm gonna do!
Today was weigh-in day. No change! That is good and bad.... good cuz it shows I didn't over-indulge, but bad, cuz it shows I didn't try hard enough!
As soon as I have the workout schedule down pat and it's a habit, I will work on making menus and planning our meals instead of going with "cravings" and wants. Luckily, eating is not a problem - well, at least not over consuming large portions.... just don't pay enough attention to what I'm eating as opposed to what I SHOULD be eating. I'll work on that.... SOON...
But for now, I praise myself for staying on track for a week!! YAY ME!! emoticon
