Getting back into it

Hey everyone

So I haven't been around for a while I lost all motivation and the wanting to loose weight and be healthy but here I am start of 2013 and ready to get back into it and feeling great that this is going to be MY year to do it and keep my new year resolution of NEW YEAR NEW ME!!!!!!!!! So here I am day 1 eating is getting tracked will weigh in every Monday and post on here my new weight and measurements once a month and going to doing my exercise shortly to keep up the great work bedtime at a reasonable hour tonight to start getting my 8 hours of sleep a night so bed by 9-10 at the latest
