Healthy Day So Far

Today has been a healthy eating day. I slipped up on saturday night though...

It was my friend's stag party. It's hard to tell them no when we are celebrating. :/ I took it easy on the potatos and pasta. a bit of each. Had some delicious pork roast. The issue was the beers. (read: really good, free beer). I stopped myself at 5..

On the plus side, I shoveled like a mad man earlier that day. There was a chest high (4'6") drift across the whole street and my driveway. So, I shoveled my drive out, then went across the street to shovel D & L's drive since D was out of town for work. Then I shoveled snow for the elderly lady down the block (she's 93!)

Sunday was a relax, do dishes & laundry and play with the cats day. My weekly weigh in was 161lbs. And considering the glutton i was saturday, I'm happy.

Update on the wrist: Still broken, but I've completed my pre-op exam and blood tests. My name in now on the wait list for surgery. Hopefully it happens sooner than later.

Also, dad is back in the hospital for his gallstones. hopefully they scope him to remove the buggers so he can start he chemo soon..
