Week 2 of running

I felt better running today than I have before. Decided to do another day of week 1 on the Couch to 5K. I think that was a good decision and I think I might just do it again all week and start week 2 next week. Since I have started running, I have dropped 3 pounds. I like seeing the lower number, but I also enjoy the pants fitting a little looser. I pulled out a pair of pants that I have not been able to wear in a few years. I almost can fit in them again. I am so happy for that. I have to keep plugging away. I hope to be able to run a 5K sometime in the near future and then work on a half marathon. As of right now, I am running every other day, but I want to change that to every day. It is nice having someone to run with even if it is three days a week instead of 5 days.
