We are now 2 weeks into January. I had a sluggish start and felt like I was just going through the motions my first few work outs this year. But today I worked with much more focus, energy and intent. I’m always looking for new work out ides just to keep things fresh and interesting. I still need to work on some winter cardio exercise. Starting to look forward to Spring and some outdoor cycling but it might be awhile until the trials are dry enough for mountain biking.
