Okay so I have officially started my journey to change my lifestyle today but I am doing good. usually by now i have found some kind of junk food to munch while sitting here at my desk but not anymore.
I ate a pretty good breakfast (apple, hummus an pretzels) and a good lunch a big salad and a skinny cow bar, and have only used up 560 calories so far. I am planning on my cabbage or celery for afternoon snack and a taco salad for dinner. Trying to keep it under the 1200.
I also did 40 minutes on the eleptical which is 10 more than I normally do. Yippee.. I hope to do a bit of weights when I get home but that will depend on how much time I have. Tonight is finanical aide senior info night so I will be there until 7.
