Well, my diet wasn't spectacular over the weekend, had fast food twice. We did have a good time though and that is what counts I guess :)
Still on my challenge. Fiber drink is gone for another couple of days so I'm just taking the cleanse and restore. Down a couple of pounds so far so its progress!
Today is working around the house and getting moving. Took my morning Spark and I'm ready to get moving! Have a great Monday everyone!
