So I did not meet my goals for last week. I reflect on that fact, yet I am thinking of all the great things I have started. I did activity 4 out of 7 days. I ate at home except for 2 meals last week. I also except for two meals ate adequate portions and practiced self control. I still tracked my food everyday. My goals this week are to have 10 mins of activity everyday. Drink 8 servings of water. Track all my food. Get 8 hours of sleep. Tonight I am not going to get 8 hours but I did sit down to plan ou tomorrow so I can achieve success. Thank you for your support.
