week 1 done

so tomorrow makes it a full week I started eating healthy and exercising. I got a Dr.s appt in the morning so I will see how much I weigh. (I didn't weigh myself last Monday I just guessed my weight) I continue to feel good about my progress, I'm taking it one day and some times 1 hour at a time. I did another Belly dancing cardio work out for 30 minutes today, so I only missed yesterday. I had a craving for a tootsie roll pops I bought a bag and was happy to see, only 50 calories lots of flavor for minimum calories! emoticon emoticon
