2013 Day 13 YUM!

Well, I didn't get the pizzas made because...hmmm...I can't think of any reason other than I just didn't get motivated to do all that work today. I'm trying to keep an accurate measurement of the number of calories I eat so anything I cook involves weighing and measuring. 15 mini pizzas worth of that was just not something I felt like tackling today.

It is a recipe I found on Pinterest for philly cheese sandwiches but instead of bread, you use the bell pepper. I made a few adjustments to lower the calories. They came out to be about 300 calories each. They were SOOOOOOO good that I ended up eating 2. That's okay though since I haven't had that many calories today. I've even got room for some orange sherbet.
Maybe I'll try the pizza thing tomorrow.
