BLC21 12 week plan

I have always been an emotional eater
so first and foremost i have to change my way of thinking about food. this is going to be a great challenge for me because i have been emotionally eating for so long. i have to get used to a new concept- food = fuel and energy for my body. this first step i think will be the toughest. but as long as i take it one day at a time,baby steps and give myself lots of pep talks i think....WAIT im sure i can do it!! I have already started some changes i bought one of those infomercial mixer (lol i know they sucked me in) and have been making fresh fruit smoothies once a day i am also eating more veggies. since i signed up for the BLC21 i think i have eaten more fruits and veggies than i did the entire year of 2012!
so my plan is being good to myself- positive thoughts- i exercise every morning minimum 10 minutes if im pressed for time- i purchased a fitbit and my goal is to try to hit 10,000 steps at least 3 times a week-i have both spark videos and plan to alternate them 3 times a week i also enjoy the wii zumba game. i also try to do some form of exercise every night after work- i want to move around as much as possible (since i have a sit down job) --as far as food-- i am really watching my portion sizes -snacking less and drinking as much water as possible ..i have been wanting to get healthy and fit for a long time and NOW is my time!!!! im ready
