The one good thing about a massive sugar binge is that I can go for quite a while without ever wanting to feel that lousy, hungover feeling again. So, the sugar monster is under control for the time being and I can focus on other things.

This week's goals:
1. Write every day (gotta keep this one until I get it right).
2. Add 5 minutes to my daily exercise time.
