Late Start

Today I got up late and did not have time for breakfast. Grabbed an oatmeal bar and took off for church.

I H ATE getting up late. But does that change my habits? NO!!

However, I did eat the lunch I had planned.

So, some progress today. emoticon

    It's all about implementing small changes until they become normal routine. Congratulations on not skipping breakfast, attending church, and getting right back to your nutrition plan as soon as you could!

    Hard to be perfect all the time. At least when sitting in church, you are not sitting in front of TV snacking! It was doughnut Sunday at our church and so I took in bad calories even there!
