Weighed in today on my weekly designated weigh in day. I have followed all the rules. Stayed within my limits and been overall well behaved. There were 2 days that I went a little over on my fat intake, but not enough to have made me gain 3 lbs! I mean, so here's the honest question (and if there are any squeamish/sensitive men reading, stop now) how much does my monthly cycle affect my weight? I have never really paid attention to it all that much, but it is the only thing that I can think of that may have had an effect on my weight. I guess I will see at next week's weigh in.
