going strong, feeling weak

I have been tracking all my food, even when we went to cracker barrell I managed to stay under my calories. The next day I woke up with a nasty cold. All I wanted to do was drink gallons and gallons of OJ. Did I? Well that is a yes and no answer. I ate a grapfruit, and two oranges, but then I went to the grocery store I bought, no a gallon of Oj, but a single serving size. Woohoo!!! A regular portion of juice.

Usually when I am sick I gravitate towards whatever will go in my mouth. ( no dirty minds please), but I have been sensible, stuck with my plan, drinking lots of water and hanging around on Spark People to get my points. Reading articles, receipes, looking at blogs. Everything adding to my strength, feeding my soul. Yes I can do this!!!!

Tomorrow is weigh in day. Not expecting a lot because no exercise, (have I mentioned I broke my toe last Monday when I started), my exercise starts full force tomorrow.

I am strong, empowered, willing to change. THIS IS MY YEAR!!!!
