2nd week completed

My 2nd week with Sparkpeople is complete.
I didn't lose as much as the 1st week but that is expected.
I was down 0.8lbs. Hey it is a loss not a gain so I will take it!!
I joined BLC21 so I hope that keeps me motivated and accountable.
Still need to work on my activity level--I work from home at as desk job
and have a bad back. So my trouble is after working 9 hrs I just
want to get on my heating pad and off my tush!!
I am a work in progress. Here's to another week--even though my Packers lost last night.
