Epic Fail (not really!)

Tried adding 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt and 1/2 cup almond milk to my blueberry chia seed smoothy this morning.

Usually I add JUST yogurt or JUST almond milk and I have never had any problems.

This hybrid experiment did not taste bad, but it had an odd, solid-curdled texture and the look of it sort of grossed me out, but sort of made me laugh so I just had to share my lesson for the day:

The journey to heath and fitness is not for the faint of heart.
