This calorie counting is getting easier. I am much more aware of what I am putting in my mouth and decidiing if the calories are worth it. I also discovered dippin dots single serving for 160 claories yesterday. At 1.00 each I bought a few. Glad I did. It will be a change of pace but I am not giving up my popsicles for 50 calories each. They are an easy sweet treat even in the winter. I have decided for my chocolate moments I am going to buy those tootsie roll minis and portion control those.

I have lost my rythm with the excerise bit over those 2 days I didn't feel good. The cold snap put a halt to the walking. Gotta get that going again. It will come. I also have realized that on the days I don't get any ecxerise in I need to eat at the lower end of my calorie range. So, planning is critical.

I have stumbled many times over the past 12 days. I have not brow beat myself. I have just gotten back up, kept on tracking and congratulated myself for sticking with it and continuing on. That felt good. Staying as busy as possible helps, especially the weekends. I am going to have the cleanest house, attic and cars around. As soon as the weather warms back up I will walk again. One for me, one with my husband. I am getting there. I will be on that horseback riding with the family in October .
