First Week!

My first week at my new job is over--and I got a lot of information. Now I am going into super work mode. I want to do the best I can!

As for my weight, I managed to get back down to 172. My body seems more acclimated to waking up early already. I only went running twice last week, but that's because I was exhausted from all the walking! I did find another way to get there that requires a LOT less walking. I'm going to try that out on Monday! I appreciated the extra exercise, but not if it's going to cost me some good runs. ALSO, I got a ton of horrible blisters and I just can't afford that!! So hopefully this new route will work out. I think it will! :-)

    Thanks for the tips! :-) I DO have these special running socks that my BF got me for Xmas, and I have special Nike anti-blister running socks from my Mom. (I actually ASKED for socks for Christmas!! Imagine that...) I only wear them when I'm running though, not during the rest of my day. Which, of course, is when I get blisters!! I guess I just have to be more careful about the shoes I wear for work. It will help not having to walk a mile just to get to the train station tomorrow morning! Thanks again!

    Great job on your first week at the new job!

    Blisters? Don't wear cotton socks and also you may want to look into some new walking/running shoes. Exercise shouldn't cause pain and blisters are something you can definitely avoid!
