Back Out

Saturday, January 12, 2013

My lower back went totally out me. Could not straighten up and excruciating pain. The weekends are not the time for this to happen. Had to cancel the properties showings this afternoon. My daughter and another massage therapist came over this evening and worked on me for a couple of hours. Between the massage, ice packs, and acetaminophen think I will be able to sleep tonight. Be glad to see Monday and the chiropractor. Hope everyone else is having a better weekend.

As a fellow back pain sparkie I feel so bad for you. Mine is a constant problem I keep OK by not doing too much housework, yard work, picking up grandkids and other heavy things! My hubby tends to have it go out like you and it's unbearable. How lucky you had a massage and have a chiro! My chiro closed down two years ago and I haven't been to a new one. Here's hoping you feel relief soon! emoticon
