Yesterday was another good day. Ate at the lower end of calories, exercised and drank my water. I weighted in today and lost 3 pounds last week. Not too bad.

Health Progress MTD

2. Cardio (streak 16 days; 11 of 11 days this month)
3. Drink water (streak 2 days; 5 of 11 days this month)
4. Wear pedometer and track steps (streak 71 days; 11 of 11 days this month)

Three happy things:
1. The weather is REALLY warm for January.
2. I had a great day at work.
3. We've got a quiet weekend ahead with the family
