Starting out!

Saturday, January 12, 2013

So today me and my Work out buddy have went to our second day at the Gym!
Oh my Lord was today tough! We decided to plan out and work on our upper body a little bit.
So we'd kind of go through a back and forth thing so we're not just focusing on one area for a
set period of time and then look odd with proportions. The training was pretty intense. I only lift boxes most of the time over 40-60lbs at work once a week, and that is to put up the truck on Tuesdays. Oh man I thought I could handle it! I actually had to reduce the pounds to only 30-40! Mainly cause it was lifting above the head! But it is a start! I hope we get better at all of this. We've decided to go there 3 times a week at least! So we don't get off track. Today was a steady day we relaxed a little more because our legs were still Jello from the previous day.
I'm hoping because I've been talking about these things at work, they decide to do it too! They seem motivated and ready. So we'd have more work out buddies. Going to sign some up this coming Tuesday. Which will be awesome! It's nice to be able to help motivate people more who want to do this. The Gym we've been going to is decently priced and have practically EVERYTHING you could want to work out on. Though I think the majority of the Televisions can go cause they're overly distracting! Thankfully they can be turned off. That's okay.
I'm going to start some Ab training at home by myself and do a little Cardio for the days we don't go to the Gym. So far this is turning into something amazing!
Gonna weigh in at the end of the week! See if I've lost a few! Well I just wanted to share this awesome day with you all! Keep at it! Cheers. :]
