Smoothie Add-In Idea + Friend Update

I have started brewing extra green tea (and sometimes other fun teas) and keeping it in sealed containers in my refrigerator so that I can mix it into my smoothies and protein shakes instead of water. It's a great way to add extra flavor and an antioxidant boost...at least, that's what I'm told :)

I went for froyo today with one of my friends who had been the closest to me (but also the worst pusher for going out drinking). While we were out, she noted my results from all my hard work and mentioned that she would maybe even like to try some of my workouts! She is also hoping to go back to her former workout regime soon. I took the opportunity to throw out other non-drinking ideas for activities (again) and let her know some times that I'd be free to pursue the other activities. All in all, a great afternoon girl-time date. Looks like I just had to have more patience...or did she read my blog the other day? :)
