I've been working out at the gym since aug...ok...the arms are firm...the flab is gone there...legs are slimming down, but, that stomach area...ugh!! I just want to throw up my hands...save the money on my personal trainer and give it up!!! Ok...now that the whinning is done...let's look at this calmly....yea...i've been working out and some areas ARE slimming down....the stomach area and the weight that won't go down...be honest....you are NOT watching what you're eating....you Must make changes in that area...let's just take one change at a time...THINK before anything goes in your mouth...and....be kind to yourself...the weight did not go on overnight and it will not go overnight...this is a marathon not a sprint...let's get to work... emoticon emoticon

    Don't give up! Hang in there. Progress will come in time. As you said, the weight didn't happen overnight and it won't go away that quickly, either. It took me 63 years to look like I do Ha! and I am going to do something about it NOW and Through the Next Year! Then, I plan to stay in better shape. emoticon
