One Year :D

Saturday, January 12, 2013

Today is my official one year sparkversary. While I have not made any significant weightloss achievements, maybe 10-20 pounds at best. I have made great strides in my knowledge of what to eat and what not to eat (or at least in large quantities). While most of last year I kind of just watched users from the sidelines, this year I plan on being an active participant. After participating in my first challenge ( Back to Basics) around September I was hooked... well on challenges sad to say. I still wasn't very active only posting every once in a while. Now it's a new year and I'm looking to create a new more outgoing me.

So in other news I'm now a Mighty Mocha Hunter and ready to start BLC21. This is my first time doing a BLC and I've heard great reviews all around and I can't wait to see what it holds for me.

I'm now on day 5 of BeFit in 90, and still loving it. Well that's all for this week. Thanks for reading.

    Happy Anniversary!!

I can relate to what you said about participating in challenges and about watching from the sidelines. There's a lot of SP jargon and interactions that make me feel like the socially inept dork at a party, the one who approaches a group already in conversation and says "Oh, hey--what are you guys talking about?" Who among us seeks out the opportunity to be the dork?

Thanks for writing this--I enjoyed it.

Any weight loss is a significant achievement when you look at the cumulative affects.
Remember, 1 pound lost is 4 pounds of pressure off you knees, so great work. emoticon and here's to you! emoticon
