Happy January.
Hope this is a good start to the year for everyone.

LIfe has been busy, but in a good way. I have been busy with my family, work, church, gym....and keeping myself on track. I am keeping focused on lifestyle change instead of letting the scale rule over me.
So I have been only recording my weight once a month. I have been measuring my strengths and personal going a little longer on the treadmill and actually finishing a yoga class..(of course with modified moves) but the point is that I stayed until the class was over even though I felt like dying. emoticon

About 45 minutes into a class today, I was telling myself that I can finished this....just push through. I made it.... (A mental/emotional breakthrough for me!)

It made me think of how Jesus pushed himself through the streets dragging that heavy cross being whipped to His pain would be over after awhile but His pain was just beginning....
I have no room to whine and cry about pain.

I like how I feel full of energy after I work out and how I am not letting my under active thyroid beat my body.

I stepped on the scale for the month of January. I am down 6lbs. Good start! emoticon
