Working out is becoming a habit!

So after weighing myself and eating breakfast I went on a walk. I was planning on doing a 2.4 mile walk to bring me up to 11 miles for the week. I started daydreaming and before I came back to earth I had walked significantly farther and decided to finish the 3.3 mile loop. I'm so happy my body is getting used to longer walks again. It's pushing me subconsciously!
