First week boot camp

Monday , Wed, and Friday 12-1245

Monday was worst 45 minutes of my life, I have never in my life did so many jumping jack, squats and line drills, that night at supper I ate standing up because i didnt want to sit at the table and not be able to get up again, my wife kepttelling me to sit down and stay a while.

Tuesday I found myself looking for the handycap stalls when I had to sit down to do my business, and even then they were still to low and i would hold on to the rails so when i fell I wouldnt hit the floor because my legs wouldnt squat.

Wed I thought about skipping because I didnt want to do that again, but I went, and I think my legs gave up on me, after several lunges and mountian climbers, but then we had to lunge backwards and my hole body said no way , we can barely go forward let alone backwards. but i did it and i survived.

thur body got sick and i spent all day in bed ( i think he was mad at me)

Fri is here I am not sore anymore lets do this, lne drill , line drill, line drill, OMG sprint, sprint , sprint, frog hop sit against the wall, jumping jacks and mtn climbers. . . .done Next week flipping tires and hitting them with sledgehammers for the next 3 months, whoo hoo im back baby!!
